As we start 2022, it’s important to consider whether we have the right team and resources in place is to deliver on commitments to owners and investors.If we didn’t know before, we’ve learned over the last few years that technology plays a critical role in our ability to successfully operate properties and deliver the promised NOI.

Yet, if we’re honest with ourselves, we know that some of the solutions we have in place aren’t pulling their weight. Whether it’s because they’re old and cumbersome, don’t integrate with other systems, lack some of capabilities we really need or something else, we owe it to owners and our investors to at least consider whether adding or changing technology would deliver more NOI.We’ll address questions such as:
